When spool weight matters to your process, having the ability to specify what you need can make a difference. Phlex Carbon SPCF 12K Tow is continuous carbon fiber supplied on spools (bobbins), with custom spool weights based on customer requirements.

Available in both HSC and IMC grades, Phlex Carbon SPCF gives you flexibility in both the carbon fiber grade and how your bobbins are prepared.

Spools are re-wound using virgin carbon fiber material, with two re-winding options available.

Not every operation needs carbon fiber supplied in the same spool weight. Phlex re-winds bobbins to the exact weights determined by our customers, so you can specify the weight that works for your needs. Spool weights are determined by customer requirements and typically range from 2 lb. to 20 lb. Phlex Carbon SPCF is packaged in tote boxes of spools.

Phlex Carbon SPCF 12K Tow is available in both HSC and IMC grades, giving you two carbon fiber grade options within the same continuous carbon fiber format.

Our SPCF offering is also available in 24K Tow.

A second re-winding option available based on your needs.

Both options are available with bobbins re-wound to customer-determined weights.
